Journey2UK is a website that helps people find jobs and scholarships in the UK. We focus on jobs that can sponsor a visa, and on scholarships that international students can apply for.
Moving to the UK to work or study can feel confusing. Many job websites do not say if an employer can sponsor a visa. Scholarship information is spread across many different websites. Visa rules are often hard to follow.
We built Journey2UK to make this simpler. We put the important information in one place and explain it in plain English.
• Jobs. Jobs from the NHS, the Civil Service and other UK employers. We show which jobs say they can sponsor a visa.
• Scholarships. Scholarships and funding for study in the UK, including options for international students.
• Visa guides. Simple guides to UK visa routes for work, study and visits.
• Career guides. Practical advice on CVs, interviews and job applications.
We use two labels to show sponsorship:
• Sponsors. The employer’s advert says it can sponsor a visa for this job.
• Might sponsor. The advert does not say clearly. Please ask the employer before you apply.
Jobs that clearly say they cannot sponsor a visa are not shown. Our labels are a guide only, so always check with the employer.
We collect jobs and scholarships from official employer, university and funding pages. We check them before we publish them. Our visa guides are based on official guidance from GOV.UK, and each guide shows the date we last reviewed it.
• We are an independent website. We are not part of the UK Government, the Home Office, the NHS or any university.
• We are not a recruitment agency. We do not employ people or hire for employers. When you apply, you apply on the employer’s own website.
• We do not give legal or immigration advice. Our guides explain the basics. Visa rules change often, so always check GOV.UK or speak to a qualified adviser before you make a decision.
Yes. Journey2UK is free for people looking for jobs and scholarships. We may show adverts on the site, and employers can ask us to feature their jobs. This helps us keep the site free for you.
