We share information about jobs, scholarships and UK visas. We are an independent website. We are not part of the UK Government, the Home Office, the NHS, or any employer or university.
• Everything on Journey2UK is general information. It is not legal, immigration, financial or career advice.
• Visa and immigration rules change often. Always check the latest rules on GOV.UK, or speak to a qualified adviser (for example, a solicitor or an OISC-registered adviser) before you make a decision.
• We try to keep our information correct and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete or accurate.
• Jobs and scholarships come from employers, universities and other organisations. We do not run them. We are not part of any job or scholarship offer.
• When you apply, you apply on the employer’s or provider’s own website. Any contract or agreement is between you and them, not us.
• Our labels, such as “Sponsors” and “Might sponsor”, are a guide only. They do not promise that an employer can or will sponsor you. Always check with the employer.
• Deadlines, pay, locations and other details can change. Please check the official advert before you apply.
• We cannot promise that you will get a job, a scholarship or a visa.
A real employer or scholarship provider will not ask you to pay money to apply, to get an interview or to get a visa. Never send money, or share your passport or bank details, with someone you do not trust. If you see a job that looks like a scam, please tell us straight away.
• You can create an account with your email address. We send you a one-time link to sign in.
• Keep your email account safe and do not share your sign-in links. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Please give us true information.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.
• We may close or limit an account if someone breaks these terms or misuses the site.
Alerts and reminders are there to help you, but we cannot promise that every email will arrive or arrive on time. Emails can be delayed or end up in your spam folder. Please do not rely only on our reminders for deadlines. Always check the official deadline.
Please do not:
• copy or collect large amounts of content from the site using automated tools (scraping) without our written permission
• try to break into the site, overload it or stop it working properly
• use the site to send spam, or to cheat or mislead people
• post false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else
• use the site for anything illegal
If you send us a job or scholarship to list:
• it must be real, current and accurate
• you must have the right to advertise it
• if you say a job can be sponsored, you must be a licensed UK visa sponsor and able to sponsor that role
• you must not ask applicants to pay a fee to apply or to be hired
• we may edit, refuse or remove any listing at any time
Listing a job does not mean we are your recruitment agent, and we cannot promise to find you a candidate. We will always agree any fees with you before we charge you.
• The design of the site, our guides and our original writing belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may read them and share links to our pages. You may not copy our content to another website, or sell it, without our written permission.
• Job and scholarship details belong to the employers and organisations that published them.
We may show adverts. We do not control what other websites say, and we are not responsible for their content or services. This includes websites we link to and advertisers.
We try to keep Journey2UK available, but we cannot promise it will always work without breaks or errors. We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time.
Journey2UK is free to use, and we provide it “as it is”. We are not responsible for loss or harm that comes from using the site or relying on its information. For example, we are not responsible if you miss a deadline, a job closes, an employer does not sponsor you, or a visa is refused.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, it means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If there is a dispute, the courts of England and Wales will deal with it. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also use your local courts.
