About the Role

Support users of the Local Land Charges service and help resolve live service problems.

Five posts are listed. A minimum of 30 hours per week and occasional travel, including overnight stays, may apply. Skilled Worker sponsorship is not available for this vacancy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and complaints and maintain customer relationships.
  • Train external users and monitor register data.
  • Log issues, work with colleagues and share improvement feedback.

Essential Requirements

  • External customer engagement or account management experience.
  • Ability to resolve enquiries, improve processes and prioritise urgent tasks.
